2e séjour, toujours satisfaits. Nous avons repris le même logement.
Les murs sont un peu défraîchis. Nous avons dû relaver une partie de la vaisselle.
Le chauffage se coupe la nuit, dommage de ne pas pouvoir régler le thermostat.

A lovely place to use for a holiday base

Everything went smoothly from booking to check in. It was easy to find our rental and parking next to it was good. Found all we needed within the rental and our one query was answered quickly. Only thing we missed was having a toaster, maybe worth considering putting them in the rentals? Found the stairs to be steep but we managed as only had to use for going to bed and getting up. All in all a lovely park with some great accommodation

Not up to Roompots usual standards

1-The people at Roompot at Breeduyn village were very helpful and friendly. 2 - There were no laundry facilities, which was not very convenient as we had to go all the way into the village. There is a large utility space at the back which has a washing machine fitting which would help any person visiting the property during their holidays. 3 - The furniture in the lounge was worn out, ripped and tattered, not very comfortable and dirty. Not very appealing to customers and visitors. (photos are available and will be mailed separately to Roompot) 4 - The village is not well suited for a holiday destination in comparison with other Roompot facilities we stayed at over many years of visiting Roompot. Not the same good standards. e.g. No restaurant, no shop, bar, no swimming pool. 5 - The water pressure was bad. It was so low that showers became unnecessarily long, wasting liters of water. 6 - Front door needs a curtain or frosted glass to ensure privacy. 7 - Hooks in the kitchen for towels would not be a luxury item. 8 - A full sized mirror would also not be a waste in the hallway. 9 - The wardrobe in the main bedroom is too close to the bed stand and cannot be opened fully. 10 - Because the accommodations are very close together, the privacy of occupancy is limited

Good and calm

Fantastic quality holiday homes, near to the beach and town.

Good points - The accommodation (Comfort 4) is exceptional, really lovely high quality, immaculately clean and well equipped. Couldnt ask for more. The whole park is well maintained and lovely. Its convenient to the town and a great location for the beach. Reception team were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Check in/out is easy. Thank you. Downsides - The refuge / bins area was overflowing with rubbish every time we used it. Also the neighbouring caravan park spoils the environment of Breeduyn. We were on the last row of houses, internal views to Breeduyn village were lovely but immediately the other way and alongside the walkway through the village are unkept, horrible old caravans and noisy neighbours! Whilst we appreciate that this is not your responsibility, I dont expect to pay your prices and have to experience this - it would prevent me booking here again Im afraid :(

Heel nette en functionele woning met alles op en aan.

Luxe huisje was niet goed schoongemaakt. Veel hondenharen, vieze/beschadigde muren, badkamer en toilet heel basic en niet hygiënisch schoon. TV had blauwe waas, geen streaming mogelijkheden. Huisjes dicht op elkaar en geen privacy. Geen faciliteiten en Bredene zelf is een doodse omgeving.

Week vakantie Breeduyn Village

Wij hebben Breeduyn Village ontdekt maart 2023. Wij huurden een lodge 4 personen voor midweek en hebben dit dit jaar uitgebreid naar comfort 4 personen voor een week. Het is een voor ons aangenaam verblijf in de accommodaties en het gemak voor het ontdekken van de omgeving. Stadsuitstap met nabijgelegen tram, wandelen, fietsen...etc

Goede uitvalsbasis Voldoende comfort Aangenaam park
